GENERAL RULES
- All Tournaments take place in GzGhosts Private rooms, Group ID: GHOSTS_FORO_ARENA || Password: 123456
- All tournaments must be played without a guide, and it also must be played with spin.
- Organizers can't take a decision in problems that his/her member of his/her team or national team are involved in.
- It's strictly forbidden for a player to change pages while playing any type of tournament. If opponent uploads a video of the game which shows that the player changes pages while playing, he will lose such frame. (Music only in music player, Spotify , skype and using forum are allowed)
About Spotify : it is allowed to use the application of spotify, but its use from the website is completely prohibited
- The evidence must be a recorded video. (Video must be full screen with time and date. Each picture will NOT consider as a valid proof, except in the case of posting a score with screen share )
Note : it is forbidden to open the youtube tab if you do so you will lose a table
- Any organizer that will insist on making an unfair decision, he/she will be removed from the staff immediately.
- NO organizer can change or add any rule in a middle of any tournament's game. But, the general rules could update them every day.
- There is not acceptable complaint after 24 hours from the last time round between teams.
- In case of mouse disfunction , the opponent as a sign of fair play put back the cue ball to its original position , in case of taking advantage of this situation putting the ball in a different position the player can lose the frame ( Proof must be shown and posted by video )
- If we got a complaint against of a player who shares IP with a different account, and the other account doesn't play with any official tournament! That's fine

Disqualification & Penalties
- Using guide or program while playing is forbidden. If the organizer caught a player playing with a guide, he/she will be banned for 1 month first time , 2 months second time , 3 months third time . Full score to the opponent. Same punishment for who will use Remote Desktop/Virtualization programs.
- If any 2 players share the same ip they will be disqualified from the tournament and all of the score will be counted for the opponent and they'll get banned
- Any player who violates the Fair Play Rules of GzGhosts will be disqualified without any further explanation or discussion from the tournament.
- Insulting a player is forbidden. If this happens the player will be suspended from the tournament and all his games will be counted to his opponent.
- If the CP or SCP posted unregistered player in his/her list and the CP or SCP didn't change the player before 15 min of the match, the score will be 7.0 for the opponent.
(Example: Match at 23 GMT - CP must change him max at 22.44 GMT)
- The player must play with his country flag only, hiding flag or playing with a different flag will cause a discount of one game from all of his games only.
- Every player is allowed to play in his registered ID only if he played with different ID, all his frames will count to his opponent.
- Any text that is not related to the above situations and/or any smiley (Even 1) from any player of the tournament in any match of the tournament, will be considered as flood and will cost [-1 Point] for the talking player.
Allowed chat:
*Wish good luck, say thanks.
*Ask for fair-play (the fair play isn't obligatory).
*Ask for refreshing.
*Score of the match.
*Screenshare (Code and all details)
Matches Rules
- Each CP/SCP must post his/her time for the match before 22 GMT
- Each CP/SCP must post his/her list for the match before 00 GMT
Notes concerning the previous points:
CASE#1
- If X team posted his/her time (example 19 GMT) and Y team posted his/her time (example 23 GMT), with a total of 6 players (example) ? 3 players will play at 19 GMT and 3 players will play at 23 GMT
(In case of an odd number of players, a player will play in the middle time, between times chosen by 2 CPs)
CASE#2
- If X team posted his/her time (example 19 GMT) and Y team didn't post anything (Time of Y team will be 00 GMT) ? players will play at 19 GMT and 00GMT ? ( Time of X team 19 GMT - Time of Y team 00 GMT)
CASE#3
- If X team and Y team didn't post anything ? Score will be 0 - 0. In playoff stage for tours have one turn (like the monthly tour) both teams will be out from the tournament.
- Editing list after 23.59 GMT is forbidden. In such opposite case, the match will be counted w.o. for the opponent team who inserted the list in correct time.
If cp want to change something or rotate something, the CP must publish the new post.
- If X team post/edit his/her list on 00 GMT or after and opponent team accept to play, any claim after finishing match will be invalid.
- In case of ADD & CHANGE of any player for your list, the captain must post his/her ADD or CHANGE for his/her list before 00 GMT (All dates in GMT)
- If a player didn't come at the time, the countdown will start after 10 minutes of the starting hour.
- Players must post their scores max in 15 minutes after finishing the frames or the player will lose all the frames that he/she got from his/her matches.
- In case captains didn't agree on timing, each captain must choose his/her time.
- CP/SCP can make couples of his/her chosen time only.
- Each CP/SCP must post his/her couples before 6 hours of his/her chosen time.
Editing couples on 6 hours and after, is forbidden. In such opposite case, players in such couples will lose for W.O.
- If X team post/edit couples on 6h and after, and opponent team accept to play, any claim after finishing match will be invalid.
Changes
- 2 Changes are allowed before or after countdown/games, after that every change will be (-2), 2 Rotation = 1 Change. After the allowed changes there will be a discount, for example:
3 changes = (-2)
4 changes = (-4)
5 changes = (-6)
- Changes and Rotations are allowed just by CP or SCP. In such opposite case, the opponent can make the countdown.
- Change modality is avaible [Note : Change modality = 1 Rotation]
Games Rules
8-Ball Rules
- One off ( after 10 seconds = marked in history ) = 1 loss ( to the player who is disconnected ).
- If an opponent directly and intentionally hits or accommodate the 8 ball bearing balls to spare will be counted as lost to the player that made this action.
- If the ball goes out of/on the table (bug in Gamezer), the games must be repeated.
Snooker Rules
- One off (after 20 seconds = marked in history) = 1 loss (to the player who is disconnected).
- A frame closed due to time without shooting will be considered as disconnection.
- If a player doesn't try to hit the corresponding ball of the turn 2 times he loses that frame.
- The fair-play is optional.
- In the case of the draw, the match must be repeated.
9-Ball Rules
- One off ( after 10 seconds = marked in history ) = 1 loss ( to the player who is disconnected ).
- If the ball goes out of/on the table (bug in Gamezer), the games must be repeated.
Straight Pool Rules
- One off ( after 10 seconds = marked in history ) = 1 loss ( to the player who is disconnected ).
- If the ball goes out of/on the table (bug in Gamezer), the games must be repeated.
Carom Rules
- One off ( after 10 seconds = marked in history ) = 1 loss ( to the player who is disconnected ).
Countdown
The countdown is equal for all games.
If the opponent didn't come in room or didn't post screen on forum, the player must wait 10 minutes,
after that he should count 5 minutes for each frame, for example:
00:10 start countdown.
00:15, 1-0
00:20, 2-0
00:25, 3-0
00:30, 4-0
00:35, 5-0
00:40, 6-0
00:45, 7-0
REMEMBER !
These are minimum countdown limits.
Less than these limits = Invalid Countdown
More than these Limits = Valid Countdown Even any number of minutes
OTHERS
- Only CP can change CP or SCP of own team, in Support and Help topic.
- Only CP or SCP can add or change players in a team in Add/Change Players topic.
- If a player has to change ID/nickname, only him, Cp or SCP can make a request in the support topic of the tournament before 15 minutes of the match, otherwise all his games will be counted to his opponent.
- Sharing screen will be from Mikogo + Poolshield
- Only VERIFIED GIRLS can play in all tournaments.
- Only CP or SCP can add or change players in a team in Add/Change Players topic.
- If a player has to change ID/nickname, only him, Cp or SCP can make a request in the support topic of the tournament before 15 minutes of the match, otherwise all his games will be counted to his opponent.
